• Establish grounding, resourcing, and aftercare practices
Week 2 – Trauma, the Nervous System & the Shadow
• Polyvagal basics: fight/flight/freeze/fawn and shutdown
• How trauma imprints shape shadow material
• Spotting dysregulation vs. genuine intuition
• Build a personal regulation toolkit (breath, somatic anchors, environment)
Week 3 – Parts Work & Inner Archetypes
• Introduce parts (inner child, protector, critic, saboteur, etc.)
• Identify dominant parts and their protective roles
• Guided process: meeting a protector part safely
• Journaling and reflection to track parts over the week
Week 4 – Core Beliefs, Shame & Hidden Loyalties
• Uncover core beliefs around worth, safety, love, and power
• Understand shame as a social and nervous-system response
• Explore family and cultural “rules” you’re unconsciously loyal to
• Practice a structured belief inquiry process
Week 5 – Projections, Triggers & Relationships
• Learn how projection works in daily life
• Map recurring triggers in close relationships and work
• Exercise: “What I judge in you lives in me” (done safely and slowly)
• Create a repair and communication plan for key relationships
Week 6 – Shadow of Power: Control, Anger & Boundaries
• Explore disowned anger, control, and people-pleasing
• Differentiate healthy power vs. domination or collapse
• Somatic work with anger and “no” in a contained way
• Design new boundary experiments for the week
Week 7 – Shadow of Love: Attachment, Longing & Avoidance
• Attachment patterns and how they show up in shadow work
• Notice where you over-attach, chase, or emotionally disappear
• Process grief and unmet needs without retraumatizing
• Practice self-soothing and secure-base rituals
Week 8 – Shadow of Success: Visibility, Envy & Self-Sabotage
• Identify fears around being seen, successful, or “too much”
• Explore envy, comparison, and tall-poppy dynamics
• Map your personal sabotage cycle (before, during, after success)
• Create a resilience plan for visibility and leadership
Week 9 – Ancestral, Cultural & Collective Shadows
• Explore inherited narratives around gender, race, class, and identity
• Distinguish personal vs. collective pain
• Rituals and practices for honoring lineage without carrying its weight
• Define what you choose to continue—and what stops with you
Week 10 – Integration: Rewriting Identity & Daily Life
